  • After 2 minutes, the order is automatically sent for preparation and cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your order within the allowed 2-minute window, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

3. No Refund After Preparation

  • Once the order is confirmed and preparation has started, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
  • This is because food items are prepared fresh and cannot be reused.

  • If you receive the wrong or damaged order, please contact us immediately.
  • Our team will review the issue and may offer a replacement or suitable resolution.
